Elizabeth majored in Accounting and Computer Science and later earned an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Communications. She founded FUSIA in 2002 after working in the advertising industry with clients like Citibank, MetLife, and Johnnie Walker. At FUSIA, Elizabeth oversees compliance and IT development. She has served on the Flushing YMCA board since 2008.

Henry graduated from Hunter College with a major in Film and a minor in Chinese, alongside extensive experience in Korea's tourism industry. At FUSIA, he leads strategic alliances, site monitoring, and exploration programs.

Yanni earned her associate degree in Accounting from LaGuardia College and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baruch College. At FUSIA, she leads accounting, program administration, and human resources.

Amanda joined FUSIA in 2023 during her third year at Cornell University where she is working towards a bachelor's in Computer Science. Amanda's main responsibilites primarilly revolve around the techological aspect of the organization. This includes providing technical support, database management, and the development and maintenance of the website.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from St. John’s University and joined FUSIA in 2007. His role focuses on implementing exploration programs and supporting cultural activities.
