How to Submit?

What to Note?

1 Double-check and verify all information at least a few days before the visa interview. After entering, you can normally make changes before the visa interview. If any fields are locked, contact their support.

2 After paying the MRV fee, you should enter the payment receipt number into your profile before you can schedule a visa interview appointment. Given it may take time to process the transaction (normally 1-48 business hours), if the system does not immediately accept the receipt number, log out, wait for a few hours then try again. Avoid repeatedly entering or clicking the page, as it will trigger a 72-hour account freeze causing delays to your application.

3 For optimal control of time and timelines, we recommend attending an in-person interview, even if you qualify for Interview Waiver Appointment. Since situations vary, if you have timeline issues or other concerns, consult ADMIN. If the waiver is not granted, you will be moved back to the regular queue, leading to delays. If the waiver is granted, you will wait for the review, with no way to track progress, though a standard timeline is provided.

4 You are applying for a nonimmigrant visa in the J-1 intern category. You have a SEVIS ID (starting with N) and a Program Number (starting with P) DS-2019. The system may use different terms for SEVIS ID and Program number and may only accept them without dash(es).

5 If you are applying for an expedite request, make sure your email is clear and includes all necessary support documents. Expedite requests can be made after an appointment is booked and are at the consular’s discretion. Please see page 3 for a sample request email.

6 If you have previously opened an account and applied for a US visa, then you are not required to register a new account. Instead, access your existing account and apply for a new interview appointment. If your account was previously opened by an agent and you do not know the email used for registration, contact them to obtain that information in advance.
