NYEP participants visited Hamilton-Madison House, a significant non-profit organization. There, they met with Isabel Ching, LMSW, the Executive Director, who has extensive experience in non-profit organization management. The students engaged in discussions with Ms. Ching, gaining insights into the organization's operations and services. This visit provided them with a deeper understanding of social challenges and issues faced by communities, offering a real-world perspective on the impact and management of non-profit organizations. This experience not only broadened their educational scope but also highlighted the importance of social responsibility and community involvement.
