The Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in NY

With the annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival just a week away, the CCIP J-1 interns who are competing in the races gathered at the Flushing Meadows Corona Park to practice as a team. It's a new experience for the students, but even though it was only their second practice together, they are growing as a team.

The Dragon Boat Festival draws crowds from all over the continent to watch hundreds of races while also enjoying cultural entertainment and a smorgasbord of ethnic cuisine. In addition to the racers, CCIP interns will host a cultural booth to interact with the festival visitors.
