The Fourth of July is arguably the most celebrated holiday in the United States and I celebrated it with my friends, watching the fireworks on the Esplanade by the Charles River. The display on the day itself was exceptionally magical and beautiful, a highlight in a week filled with nightly fireworks leading up to the big day. I also went to Long Wharf to watch the fireworks from the piers the day before, which offered a stunning view. On the Fourth itself, my housemates and I hosted a small party at our house, inviting friends for a night of fun and music. One of our friends, a DJ, played some great tunes, and we enjoyed bobbing to the music in our rooftop open area as we watched the fireworks. It was so nice to see everyone enjoying and celebrating together!
